Noticeably quieter, lighter in weight, damage resistant and commanding more power without added noise, Raisbeck’s Composite 5-Blade Swept Propellers offer increased performance, strength and payload. Composite blades are manufactured with structural carbon fiber composite over a metal blade shank retention section and nickel cobalt leading edges for superior durability against FOD and improved erosion resistance to environmental conditions. Raisbeck’s Composite 5-Blade Swept Propellers also offer operators reduced life cycle costs due to repairability of the blades and the ability to maintain their airfoil shape, resulting in longer blade life expectancy.
